Finally I was able to cast away my laziness and start working out. Like the chinese saying " The road to success is through the first step ".
Today after my lunch was washing the dishes when I saw joggers jogging around my neighbourhood. I do not wish to stare on my computer doing nothing so I decided to put on my gear and go for a jog. Did some slight warm ups and stretching. As I did not had a watch, I set the stopwatch on my handphone.
As usual the first 400m to me is nothing, still not breathless. After the 400m I can feel my knees heavy, breathless and stomach pain. So I set a target which areas to stop jogging and walk, the next area to start jogging again. I am not sure the real distance of my estate. My approximate guess would be around 2km.
Reached home and saw my stopwatch at 18.545mins. So from my calculations I would be jogging for around 8mins only and spent the 10mins walking. This is bad, however I am happy to be determined to lose weight. Maybe would try another round tonight.
